CAN I GET MY KEEPSAKE BOOK PERSONALISED?
Yes! Our personalised keepsake books can be ordered here. Each one includes your child's name printed on the cover and inside pages.
CAN I GET A PRINT CUSTOMISED?
Absolutely. Love a print but not the colour? Want a different size? Have your own idea? Just send a message and a print can be designed to suit.
WILL I GET TO SEE MY CUSTOM ARTWORK/PERSONALISED KEEPSAKE BOOK BEFORE IT IS SENT?
Yes, for all physical personalised orders and custom prints, a digital proof will be emailed to you for approval before anything is printed. Changes can only be made at the proofing stage. Once you've signed off, no further changes can be accepted.
Please note that digital download orders do not include a proof, as these are created and delivered digitally once your order is placed.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Standard orders are sent within five working days. Occasionally things may be slower - we will do our best to keep you updated if things like illness or weather prevent us from getting your order sent. Custom prints and personalised keepsake books allow up to fifteen working days from proof approval to be printed and dispatched.
Digital downloads are created and emailed to you within two working days of your order being placed.
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number and your parcel should arrive within two to three working days.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
We charge a standard rate of $9.50 for all urban addresses, and $13.00 for rural addresses within New Zealand. Shipping is FREE for New Zealand orders over $119.
All New Zealand orders are sent via tracked courier. For international delivery, please get in touch for a customised shipping quote.
CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?
Yes! Local orders can be collected from Totara Park, Upper Hutt. Simply select local pickup at checkout. You'll receive an email once your order is ready to collect.
HOW CAN I PAY?
We accept credit and debit cards via Shopify Payments, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Afterpay. No payment information is stored by Paper Heart Design.
MY DISCOUNT CODE WON'T WORK! WHY NOT?
A few possibilities! The most common reason is that your cart contains a bundle, and discount codes can't be applied to already discounted items. You may also have another code active, as Shopify only allows one code per order. If you're still stuck, email us and we'll sort it out.
HOW DO I GO ABOUT GETTING A CUSTOM DESIGN?
If you'd like something custom or a small tweak to one of our existing designs, contact me to have a chat and request a quote.
CAN I GET OTHER DESIGN, PRINTING OR SIGN WORK DONE?
Yes! I have almost 20 years experience as a signwriter, graphic designer and digital printer, working on everything from print and logo design, vehicle and building signage, event signage and prints, office window graphics, rebranding of existing businesses and fleet, party invitations, flyers, brochures, business cards and more. Please contact me to discuss your design, printing and signage needs.
