Refund policy

REFUNDS

We only offer refunds for items that are faulty or damaged upon arrival. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind purchases. All custom orders will be proofed to the customer for sign off prior to printing. If a mistake is not picked up at the time of proofing, and is signed off, Paper Heart Design is not responsible for the error. Please note that while I do my best to show a true representation of all products, colours will vary between screens, and between what is shown on screen and the final printed product.
