CAN I GET MY KEEPSAKE BOOK PERSONALISED?

CAN I GET A PRINT CUSTOMISED?
All of our prints can be customised to suit. Love the print, but not the colour? Want it printed in a different size? Got your own idea? Easy! Just send a message and a print can be designed to suit.
WILL I GET TO SEE MY CUSTOM ARTWORK/PERSONALISED KEEPSAKE BOOK BEFORE IT IS SENT?
All custom orders will be proofed and emailed to you for checking and for final sign off before being printed. Changes can be made to it at the proofing stage only - once signed off, no further changes can be accepted.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Please allow up to five working days for standard orders to be sent, and for custom prints and personalised keepsake books allow up to fifteen working days once signed off for these to be printed and sent.
You will be sent a tracking number once your courier has been booked, and your parcel should arrive between two to three working days.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
We charge a standard rate of $9 for all urban addresses, and $11.50 for rural addresses within New Zealand. Shipping is FREE for orders over $189.
All New Zealand orders are sent via tracked courier. For international delivery, please get in touch for a customised shipping quote.
CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?
Local orders may be collected from Totara Park, Upper Hutt - simply select local pick up at checkout. Once your order is ready to collect, an email will be sent with collection details.
How can i pay?
We’ve got options! Shopify payments allows you to use your credit card or debit card. If you want to pay your order off, you can use Afterpay.
My discount code won’t work! Why not?
A couple of possibilities! The most common is that there is a bundle pack in your cart. Because these are already discounted, discount codes aren't valid on these items. You may also be using another code already (Shopify only allows one code per order), or perhaps you have the code wrong. If you're not sure, flick me an email and I'll be happy to help you figure it out.
HOW DO I GO ABOUT GETTING A CUSTOM DESIGN?

CAN I GET OTHER DESIGN, PRINTING OR SIGN WORK DONE?
Yes! I have almost 20 years experience as a signwriter, graphic designer and digital printer, working on everything from print and logo design, vehicle and building signage, event signage and prints, office window graphics, rebranding of existing businesses and fleet, party invitations, flyers, brochures, business cards and more. Please contact me to discuss your design, printing and signage needs.
