This website is operated by Paper Heart Design. All goods and services supplied from this website will be upon these conditions, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Lost or Damaged Orders All New Zealand orders are securely packaged and sent via tracked courier. If your order does not arrive, a claim will be made with the courier company. We will keep you up to date on the process if this were to happen.

If your order does not arrive in pristine condition, please contact us within 5 business days with your order number and photos of the item's condition to discuss. We address these on a case by case basis but will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Please make sure all packaging is retained as the courier company may need this when assessing the damage. A courier will need to collect the item and all packaging from you, this can be arranged at a time that suits you, or the package can be left outside for them to collect in a safe location.

All goods must be returned in original condition if being returned due to damage. Prints must be in their sleeves and books must not be written in.

Price All prices are shown in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). Shipping charges are additional and will be added at checkout. Pricing is subject to change without notice.

Payments Payment is accepted via credit card, PayPal, Shop Pay, or Afterpay. No credit card or payment information is stored by Paper Heart Design.

Privacy Policy All personal information provided will be used for processing your order only and will not be stored, shared, or redistributed in any way.

Copyright All content and products listed on this site are the sole property of Paper Heart Design and are protected by copyright. Copying or reproducing these in any way is prohibited.

Cancellations If you wish to cancel an order, please email hello@paperheartdesign.co.nz as soon as possible. Any cancellations received prior to shipping or production will incur a 10% handling fee to cover payment processing fees retained by Shopify on all transactions, including cancellations. Cancellations are assessed on a case by case basis. Personalised orders that have already been approved and sent to print cannot be cancelled.

Digital Downloads All digital download purchases are non-refundable once the file has been delivered to your inbox. Please check your order details carefully before completing your purchase. If you experience any technical issues receiving your file, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Personalised Orders All custom and personalised orders will be proofed to the customer for approval prior to printing or creation. Once a proof has been approved, Paper Heart Design is not responsible for any errors that were present in the approved proof. Please check all details carefully before approving your proof.

If proof approval is not received within 7 days of ordering, we reserve the right to proceed using the details supplied at checkout in order to avoid production delays.

Refunds We only offer refunds for items that are faulty or damaged upon arrival. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind purchases. Digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered.

Please note that while we do our best to show a true representation of all products, colours will vary between screens and between what is shown on screen and the final printed product.

Disclaimer While we do our best to be accurate, mistakes may occasionally occur. If you believe a product does not match the description provided, please contact us immediately so we can work with you to rectify the situation. We reserve the right to change any details on this website at any time, including pricing and shipping costs, without prior notice.
