A proof will be emailed before printing so you can check all details are correct.

How it works

• Choose your favourite colours from our options.
• Enter your chosen names and date
• We create your personalised proof and email it to you within 48 hours for approval. Please keep an eye on your inbox for an email from hello@paperheartdesign.co.nz (including spam or promotions folders).
• Once you approve your design, your keepsake will be printed to order in Wellington, New Zealand.
• Personalised printing can take up to 15 working days after approval, plus 1 to 3 working days for courier delivery.
• If proof approval is not received within 7 days of ordering, we reserve the right to proceed using the details supplied at checkout in order to avoid production delays.

Please note there may be slight colour variations between screen and final print.
